Extra acoustics
Our artworks already noticeably improve the acoustics of a room as standard. In the standard version, they absorb an average of about 60% of the sound that hits them. For many rooms, that's already enough to reduce disturbing reverberation and create more peace and quiet.
Dealing with more reverberation or a room that needs just a little extra sound absorption? Then you can choose Extra acoustics. Depending on your situation, there are three levels:
- Essential - 60% sound absorption – frame depth 4.1 cm
- Extra - 80% sound absorption – frame depth 5.2 cm
- Ultimate - 100% sound absorption – frame depth 7.2 cm
With the extra options, we add an extra layer of wool to the back of the artwork. The thicker this layer, the greater the sound absorption.
Visually, nothing changes about the artwork itself. Only the frame becomes slightly deeper. Otherwise you won't notice a thing, except that your room sounds noticeably calmer and more comfortable.
